Soreness at the injection site is very common and may last several days. This is normal.
Always inform your pharmacist of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications before receiving the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) vaccine.
One dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years. Pregnant women should receive one dose during each pregnancy.
Vaccine consent forms and Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) are provided before vaccination at participating pharmacy locations.
